The objective:
To have an e-commerce site that offers customers the ability to pay using different payment gateways available in Chile, in addition to providing real-time discounts for their benefits and discounts from different insurance companies, as well as the uploading and viewing of medical prescriptions for certain medications. All of this must be reported to the company's ERP (Odoo).
The challenge:
Everything must comply with government health and patient protection regulations. To obtain reimbursement amounts, the store must be connected via API with the different insurance plan systems. Logistics in Chile is complex due to its geography and therefore must be considered in shipping costs.
The results:
The store is integrated with the ODOO ERP system to synchronize products, prices, inventories, customers, orders, and product features, connections with insurance companies to process payment for their insureds' prescriptions, and connections with other discount systems for users in the healthcare sector.
