The objective:
Design an e-commerce solution that centralizes ticket sales, manages multiple organizers, and ensures the automatic distribution of commissions to each of them. All of this with a smooth, transparent, and optimized purchasing flow for the needs of a festival with multiple participants.
The challenge:
The main challenge was to implement a payment gateway that could support transactions with multiple sellers in the same shopping cart. This required the system to automatically disperse the funds to each organizer's account upon completing a sale, taking into account both the platform usage fee and the charges from the gateway itself.
The results:
The final solution was a flexible and functional virtual store that: Allows for viewing events by day, integrating the Commoninja plugin to dynamically synchronize calendars. Develops an advanced payment flow with Stripe Connect, which enables each seller to link their account directly to the festival's main account. Automates the immediate distribution of payments, ensuring transparency and efficiency in resource management. Thanks to this implementation, Fasma now has a robust platform that boosts ticket sales, simplifies commission management, and enhances the digital experience of festival attendees.
