The objective:
The objective of the project was to develop a site connected to the business system that would allow for the management of suppliers and provide them access to sales reports of their products, segmented by brand and region. In this way, each supplier would have clear tools to evaluate their performance and plan their commercial strategy.

The main challenge was to restrict access to the site exclusively to authorized suppliers while also designing a mechanism that ensured interconnection with the necessary reports, ensuring that each supplier could view only the information corresponding to their catalog and territory.

This implementation not only improves transparency in the business relationship but also optimizes the strategic decision-making of each supplier, strengthening the distribution ecosystem of DECASA.
